With a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a strong technical background in the chemical industry, I have held various leadership roles throughout her career. I have been instrumental in developing and executing technical strategies for the Africa region, including innovation, value improvement, and new capabilities in the deodorants sector. My expertise extends to managing cross-functional teams, shaping R&D project portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

My career highlights include serving as the Executive Manager of Process Engineering at Rheinmetall Denel Munition, where I provided technical direction and business guidance to the engineering team. I also held the position of Senior Process Engineer at Omnia Fertilizer, where I led process optimization projects and managed a production facility.
